Welcome to rawbit. These terms govern your access to the archive, the essays, the prints, and every pixel behind this domain. By entering, registering, or paying, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not enter.
 

1. Who Can Enter

rawbit contains artistic photography that may include nudity and mature themes. You must be 18 years of age or older to access any part of this site. By registering or subscribing, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly allow access to minors.

2. Access Tiers

We offer three levels of proximity to the work:
  • Visitor — Free registration. You may browse essay covers, read public pages, and purchase prints. You may not view full photographic essays.
  • Supporter — Paid subscription via PayPal. Grants access to active essays for the duration of their 30-day publication window. Once an essay ascends to the archive, its viewing window closes for Supporters. Access is rolling: what you see depends on when you arrive.
  • Collector — By invitation only. Grants permanent access to the full archive. Subject to separate agreement.
    Your tier determines what you can see, not what you own. No tier transfers ownership of any image or essay.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Supporter subscriptions are billed monthly through PayPal in USD.
  • You may cancel anytime through your PayPal account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; you retain access until the current paid period ends.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused viewing windows.
  • If a payment fails, your Supporter access is suspended until payment is restored.

4. Prints & Editions

Prints are released in limited editions and are available to all registered users, including Visitors. Each listing specifies dimensions, paper, edition size, and year. Purchases are final. Shipping timelines and costs are provided at checkout. For questions about a specific print, contact no@rawbitsht.com.

5. Intellectual Property

All photographs, text, and design on rawbit are the intellectual property of Alfonso Ibato unless otherwise stated. Your access grants you a personal, non-commercial license to view the content. You may not download, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any image or essay without written permission. Screenshots, screen recordings, and redistribution are strictly prohibited.

6. User Conduct

rawbit is a space of presence, not extraction. You agree not to:
  • Share your login credentials with others.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers on the site.
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users or subjects.
  • Upload malware or attempt to breach site security.

Violation of these rules results in immediate termination of your account and access without refund.

7. Privacy

We collect only the data necessary to provide access: your email, login credentials, and PayPal transaction details. We do not sell your data. We use cookies for authentication and site function. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Newsletter & Updates

By registering for any tier — Visitor, Supporter, or Collector — you are automatically enrolled in the rawbit newsletter. This is how we announce new essays, print releases, and archive movements. We do not spam. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. Unsubscribing from the newsletter does not affect your site access or subscription status.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, at any tier, for violations of these terms or for any reason we deem necessary to protect the archive, the subjects, or the integrity of the work. Termination is final.

10. Limitation of Liability

rawbit is provided as-is. We are not liable for interruptions in service, PayPal processing errors, or personal devices failing to display content correctly. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months, or zero if you are a Visitor.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco.

12. Changes

We may update these terms as the archive grows. Significant changes will be announced via email or on-site notice. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
